descrição da oportunidade

Main responsabilities:

- Achieve booking and margin objectives for the company products and services to Target Customers/Focus Accounts in Brazil;
- Manage day to day activities of Sales and account management in Brazil;
- Build and maintain local opportunities/forecast pipeline;
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses;
- Manage all aspects of the relationship with assigned customer base;
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet performance expectation and requirements;
- Assist sales with bid strategy and quotations to customers and/or distributors using company systems, price and delivery guidelines;
- Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness;
- Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations;
- Administer all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response;
- Sell assigned product platforms to targeted customers in designated geography or industry with the objective of optimizing sales volume, product mix and profit margin;
- Quote projects and negotiate correct required pricing;
- Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness;
- Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects;
- Assist team to develop a coordinated sales effort while keeping management informed of market conditions;
- Obtain ongoing training on both functional and technical skills;
- Perform all related activities as necessary to provide the highest level of costumers/clients’ satisfaction possible;
- Meet any other activity assigned by your supervisor or special requirements of the company;
- Active participation in continues improvements programs and committees.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Desired experience in Telecommunication market;
- Desired experience working with directly end customers and/or distributors in the Telecommunication and/or information technology market;
- Experience utilizing Value Added Selling techniques;
- Proficiency in computer skills Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Power Point);
- Collect, analyze and utilize market intelligence data on competitive products, customer needs, preferences and buying habits;
- Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or similar;
- Fluent in English.
