Our Client:
Large multinational company in the industrial segment.
Job Description:
Manage accounting function, which includes accounting operations, consolidations, financial reporting, accounts receivable and accounts payables. Oversees A/P, A/R, Fixed Assets, G/L, and cost accounting;
Coordinates and executes the monthly/quarterly close process, ensuring all results are timely posted, consolidated, and fully analyzed, including review of subsidiaries’ financial information and preparation of elimination entries and supplemental schedules;
Maintain completeness and accuracy of consolidated financial results, and performs the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and footnotes;
Generate and maintain various reports for facilitating financial analysis, budgeting, financial planning, balance score card and financial reporting;
Work to streamline and constantly improve reporting and accounting processes. Executes key controls and perform flux/variance analysis, providing key insights and visibility into the company financial results;
Resource to the team with strong technical accounting understanding. Support the of accounting policies and procedures to ensure all business and customer transactions are executed and documented in accordance with general accepted accounting policies and company policies;
Provides guidance and develop the accounting team, which may include the review of the work of others, journal entry reviews, account reconciliation reviews and fluctuation analysis review;
Design and document internal procedures supporting the finance and accounting functions;
Provide support for ad-hoc financial projects and analysis, along with financial presentations as needed;
Design operational procedures and processes that meet audit standards and improve efficiency;
Assist with budgeting and mid-term plans.

The Candidate:
Communication & Interpersonal Skills, self-Management & Organizational Skills, Teamwork, Judgment & Results Focused,  Decision Making & Problem Solving.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting;
Good understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and accounting procedures;
Big 4 public accounting firm experience a plus;
Good understanding of high-end accounting ERP system - SAP, Hyperion, Concur and FloQast;
English Fluent;
Excel skills required, with ability to perform V-lookups and pivot tables.
Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given;
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service;
