Job title: Global Change - Sr. Consultant

Job description:
Review, amend, and upgrade ongoing Change Management Strategy and Planning
Review, update, and execute the existing Communications Plan and communications tactics to reach LATAM audiences and geographies
Review the current training plan and delivery approach to accommodate LATAM needs
Partner with Global Change Project Lead to execute on plan

Job requirements:
● Review existing change approach associated with the Lease Accounting and Management project globally, and determine how best to approach rollout in Latin America to support the roadmap of implementations in the region
● Work with global project leadership team to ensure alignment
● Connect with Maestro project change lead in LATAM to work through overlaps and develop a plan to address
● Identify barriers and challenges for successful Change, Communication, Education work for regional deployment, determine alternatives and implement the preferred/approved recommendation.
● Identify areas where there are issues and risks for the project and escalate accordingly
Ensure that contingency plans are in place to minimize risk
● Address how project changes impact the organization, from a process perspective
● Develop a localized approach for training and communications, working closely with global project team to include new audiences
● Create sustainment plan for post-go-live.

● Managed change for technology project
● Experience leading up and across an organization, through influence rather than hierarchy

- Is there specific application/industry experience that will be beneficial? Procurement experience

- Languages: Portuguese, English, Spanish

Job location: Uberlandia, Brazil

Projected start date: early April
Projected end date / duration: Full time through end of September, then 75% for October and November. Some possibility for extension
