Title: PMO
Location: São Paulo, Brazil
Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibility
This position supports Payroll and RH activities for NCRs Latim America with the primary focus
in Brazil. The role will support the organization by:
 Participate in technology initiatives by assisting with business requirement
gathering, business process review, project management, testing, training,
documentation development, communication and business configuration.
 Document internal processes and audit procedures to ensure data integrity of
Systems Projects related to Payroll.
 Manage defined processes to ensure tasks are accurately and completely
validated and audited.
 Manage to defined SOX controls.
 Support Legal Entity Rationalization, and implementations as needed.
 Assist in the development of change management, communication and training
plans
 Resolving payroll issues using written and oral communication.
 Assist department with update of payroll information
 Assist payroll processing for one or more of the countries supported by the
region.
 Effectively managing the resolution of assigned employee cases within defined
SLAs.
Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s degree in related field (i.e. , human resources) preferred.
 5+ years of experience in RH projects
 Advanced MS Office including Excel, Word, SharePoint, Outlook and PowerPoint.
 ADP, Workday, experience required.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
 English fluency
 Brazil payroll related experience is a must.
Preferred Qualifications
 Experience in management RH/Payroll Project.
 Experience Managing  Processes, Reporting, Worker Compensation, Developing
Standards, Accounting.
 Spanish language skills are helpful (verbal and written) is helpful but not required.
