. Job Summary
Talent Acquisition Specialist is a human resources professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, selecting and hiring top talent in the market. This person will deliver full life cycle recruiting; means source, screen, conduct interviews, make recommendations and prepare candidates for interviews with hiring managers. Responsible for public face of the company during the recruiting process, this person must ensure positive candidate experiences from the initial application to the final on-boarding process. Also, accountable for maintain awareness of competitor practices, industry trends and recruitment standards.

Job Activities:
Perform analysis of organizational development and anticipate future employment needs
Develop or update company’s policy for talent benchmarking, talent assessment and interviewing
Design and manage recruitment and selection processes
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System
Design job profiles and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
Lead employer branding initiatives
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events
Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices
Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics
Communicate regularly with HR department to get a clear view of company’s hiring needs and organizational goals

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a field related to human resources management.
Fluent English / Spanish skills will be a plus
Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes
Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills and impactful presentation style
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Familiarity with Office applications, like Excel and Powerpoint, as well as popular social media platforms, such as LinkedIn and others Job hunting platforms, are a must.
Working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is expected.
