This is a fast paced, results driven role with responsibility for the relationship management of Betfair's high-value customers in the Brazilian market. This entry-level role into Relationship Management is aimed at individuals aspiring to become brand ambassadors for Betfair’s high net-worth clientele through ensuring excellent delivery of the client management strategy, high engagement levels and overall adherence to required process and policies.
The role is stationed in Brazil and the successful applicant will be required to be positioned in our Brazil Office.
What you’ll do:
Build strong and solid client relationships
Achieve high engagement and service level targets with a focus on long-term sustainability and responsible gaming
Ownership of a portfolio of high-level clients with a bespoke approach
Proactive and anticipate client's requirements
Improve customer experience
Compile client feedback to support improvements to customer experience and identify commercial opportunities
Adherence and timely delivery against set policies and guidelines
Understand how our clients behave and the commercial impact from an individual as well as a portfolio level
Through strong relationships with the customers, ensure that sufficient evidential information is sourced to meet any Anti-Money Laundering and Responsible Gambling requirements
Attendance at hospitality events to host clients, including evenings and weekends
What you’ll bring:
A keen interest in the gambling industry and in Sports/Casino
Previous experience in a customer facing position, including but not limited to sales and account management roles
Excellent literacy and interpersonal skills, both in spoken and written Portuguese and English
Incredibly strong customer focus and customer contact manner face to face and over the phone
Ability to build trusting relationships and collaborate well with others
Ability operate at high-pace and under pressure prioritizing workload based on urgency
Previous experience in the industry or similar verticals would be advantageous but is not required
