- 1. Maintenance Operation Procedure (MOP) preparation; 2. Collect Informations for equipments as Licenses, Data Bases, KPIs, Traces, Alarms and others features; 3. Perform Final Installation project document (PDI); 4. Execute routine tests on related network equipments; 5. Update Software Hot patch on Network Elements (NEs); 6.
