2.The technologies related to the service of IP equipment include but not limited Lanswitch, Routers, Firewalls
3.The scope of work include but not limited:
- Hardware installation supervision;
- Engineering documents review;
- Equipments commissioning;
- Execute high Levels  RFC operation in Network;
- Performing diagnostic testing and troubleshootings;
- Maintenance Operation Procedure (MOP) preparation;
- Prepare Low Level Design Solution (LLD);
- Customer requirement clarification, report output;
- Provide Software upgrade service in Maintanence Windows
- Create Scripts for New and legacy Equipment Integration;
- Homologation test/Template Design or acceptance test;
- Create a Service Request (SR) for equipments troubleshootings or Solutions;
- Network integration or migration
- Execute Critical Levels Request for Change (RFC) in Network;
- Review and adjust the final High Level Design;
- Design the Migration Plan solution;
- Project delivery technical issue management
- Provide reports of technical activities;
