Key Responsibilities
SAP Revenue Cycle Support
Administer and troubleshoot SAP modules (mainly SD but also FI/MM) to ensure accurate order-to-cash, billing, and financial processes.
Collaborate with finance and sales teams to resolve system issues and improve workflows.

Provide technical support for CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics), marketing automation platforms, and analytics systems.

Dealer Network Integration

Ensure data integrity and security within the applications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance) and external dealers to align technology with business goals.
Document processes and provide system upgrade/implementation support.
Conduct training sessions for end-users on application functionalities.
Continuous Improvement
Propose system enhancements to boost performance and user experience.
Stay updated on SAP updates, agricultural tech trends, and dealer needs.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize application usage.
Experience Required
SAP SD/FI/MM support, EDI/API integrations, and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in SAP modules (SD, FI/MM).
Experience with middleware (SAP PI) and EDI standards.
Strong understanding of the revenue cycle in an agriculture company.
Language Requirements:
English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken) required for daily collaboration and documentation.
Soft Skills:
Effective communication skills to interface with the dealer network and internal teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
SAP certifications.
Agriculture/agribusiness industry experience.
Familiarity with dealer network operations.
Knowledge of data security and integrity practices.
