Plan and execute product launches, campaigns and large-scale events, managing multiple suppliers and stakeholders.
Drive digital communication and awareness strategies, including social media, content creation and performance tracking.
Act as a key interface with the dealer network, ensuring effective communication of products, campaigns and standards.
Manage and optimize the marketing budget, ensuring efficiency and measurable business impact.
Ensure strict compliance with internal policies, ESG guidelines and corporate governance standards.
Requirements / Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields.
Solid experience in marketing and communication roles, preferably within automotive, industrial or B2B environments.
Proven experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders, agencies and external suppliers.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience managing lean internal teams and large outsourced structures.
Ability to balance corporate strategic requirements with hands-on execution, especially with dealer networks and events.
Strong analytical and results-oriented mindset, with clear focus on supporting Sales performance.
Fluent in Portuguese, Advanced in English; additional languages are a plus.
Availability to travel 1–2 times per month.
Flexibility to work in a hybrid model based in São Bernardo do Campo.
