Consolidate regional sales data into standardized reports, ensuring transparency and comparability across LAMEA markets.
Prepare and present monthly Sales Reports to top management, providing clear insights and recommendations.
Maintain and continuously improve planning and reporting systems, including SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other digital tools.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across planning systems and reporting platforms.
Provide reporting and system support to markets and central stakeholders on demand.
Drive sales performance steering through close coordination with Regional Centers and key functions such as Production, Logistics, and Finance.
Lead performance governance routines, including Performance Round Tables and planning alignment cycles.
Proactively resolve operational constraints such as production issues, shortages, and shipment delays.
Manage sales-related topics including product releases, market-specific challenges, and special commercial requests.
Align pricing guidelines with Finance and Controlling, including discount structures and support for strategic deals.
Review and steer fleet pricing and discount strategies, including new product introductions and key projects.
Requirements / Desired Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Solid experience (3–5 years) in Sales Management, Sales Planning, Controlling, or similar commercial functions.
Experience in international or regional sales environments, ideally covering emerging or diverse markets such as LAMEA.
Strong background in sales planning, forecasting, KPI management, and performance steering.
Experience in cross-functional environments, working closely with Production, Supply Chain, and Finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Hands-on experience with planning and reporting tools, especially SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) or similar systems.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and digital reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Solid understanding of pricing strategies, discount structures, and commercial business models.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence across different levels and regions.
Structured, proactive, and results-oriented mindset, with high ownership and accountability.
High resilience and ability to manage complex topics under tight timelines.
Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
Fluent in English; additional languages such as Portuguese, Spanish, or German are a plus.
Availability for international travel as required.
